Welcome to the Ohio Kettlebell Club page (OKC).  We are a group of like minded fitness enthusiasts that use the Russian kettlebell for fitness, strength, flexibility and discipline.  Our members follow the principles, training programs and philosophy of the Russian Kettlebell Club.  We also incorporate "Do" and "Jitsu" doctrine from Shurite Kempo and apply it to our kettlebell training. 

The OKC is closely associated with the Shurite Kempo Technique Association (SKTA) and the Russian Kettlebell Club (RKC).
